Course Description
Stellenbosch lies in the centre of the fertile and very scenic winegrowing area of the Cape, amid the mountainous scenery and is less than an hour's drive out of Cape Town. A visit to the town's exclusive golf course situated just out of town amid vineyards is very rewarding. It is a course of the championship class which hosted the South African Open in 1999. Holes don’t come much tighter than the uphill par-5 14th with its green hidden among the trees around the corner of a dogleg. Scenic and in excellent condition, Stellenbosch presents a fair challenge with some memorable holes.
